Get a Public IP Subnet for servers in your project within a selected region
Configure network interface for selected target servers that may use this Floating IP
Re-attach your Floating IP manually or programmatically via UI, CLI, API or SDK
Allocate Subnet IPs to a single server to host multiple websites with their own IP address for SSL certificates and dedicated traffic management.
Give your virtual machines their own Subnet IPs, enabling direct Internet access while maintaining segregation between different services or clients.
Assign Subnet IPs to your pods or containers for better isolation and traffic management in Docker or Kubernetes environments.
Dedicate Subnet IPs to VPN servers allowing remote workers to connect to the corporate network with enhanced security, manageability and performance.
Public IP Subnet is a range of public IP addresses where 3 IPs are reserved to create a separate gateway, netmask and network configuration.
When your server application uses the source address from your IP Subnet, it queries the Gateway IP address of your Public IP Subnet, instead of the default Gateway IP address of your server.
Public IP Subnets are not easily movable between servers. Therefore, after assigning the first IP address of your subnet to a specific server you may not be able to assign the next available IP address to a different server. If you want to use IP addresses form a single Public IP Subnet with multiple servers, please contact consult with our support engineers.
